Talent & Search
We love to identify and foster successful matches between individuals and companies. Our expertise in the industries we recruit for, along with a stellar network of top talent, makes us a go-to resource for both employers and candidates.
Executive Search
A search is conducted on either a Retained or Contingency basis, depending on the nature of the position and your needs. In each case, we take the time to understand the nuances of the role you need to fill and identify candidates who bring you the experience and perspective you seek.
Talent Acquisition Programs
It’s not just who you recruit, but also how you recruit. If you attract and assess talent in a manner that aligns with your company’s mission and values, the chances for stronger employee performance and retention increase.
Our experience in both external and internal recruiting processes gives us a unique perspective in helping you create a system that supports all facets of Talent Acquisition.
In particular, our Interview Skills workshops help hiring managers develop the know-how to sharpen the candidate-assessment process.
